No Refunds: We offer no refunds for digital products or event purchases.
Ticket Transfers: If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to the next event. However, if you do not attend the next event, your ticket is

Assumption of Risk: By attending a live event, you assume all risks and waive liability for any health issues, including sickness, injury, disability, or death, that arise from your participation.
Event Filming & Preferred Seating: Portions of live events may be broadcasted online or recorded for marketing purposes. Some attendees may receive preferred seating as part of a membership or program.
Intellectual Property: All materials, including videos, PDFs, and coaching content, are copyrighted and may not be copied, shared, or resold without express permission.
If you enroll in Upgrade Community, or any other membership program, you agree to:
Recurring Payments: Memberships are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during purchase.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership by providing written notice before your next billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused time.
Non-Transferable Access: Your membership is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
Payments: All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Refunds: We offer no refunds for digital products or event purchases. All sales are final.
Chargebacks: If you dispute a charge without first contacting support, we reserve the right to revoke access to our Services.
