No Guaranteed income
Neither eXp Realty nor Upgrade Community makes any guarantee, representation, or projection regarding earnings or profits. Real estate is a performance-based industry, and your income is entirely dependent on your personal effort, time invested, skill level, and the conditions of your market.
Revenue share and agent attraction
eXp Realty’s revenue share model is based on attracting and supporting other agents. Revenue share earnings depend on the production of agents you attract and are not guaranteed. There is no passive or residual income promised, and all income claims should be viewed with this understanding.
